Part 1

Level 4 Extended Diploma in Music Composition & Performance (120 credits) provides a strong foundation in composition, arrangement, live performance, and musical interpretation. Learners develop technical proficiency in instrumentation, composition, and music theory, while refining their creative identity and performance style. They explore historical and contemporary influences, analyzing different musical structures and techniques to enhance their compositions. The course includes self-assessment, audience engagement, and commercial music strategies, preparing learners for industry demands. Business and branding modules equip them with marketing and self-promotion skills, culminating in a professional showcase, ensuring they are ready for careers in composition, performance, and music production.

Level 5 Extended Diploma in Music Composition & Performance (120 credits) advances composition, orchestration, live performance, and musical interpretation, preparing learners for professional careers in music. They refine advanced composition techniques, arrangement skills, and stagecraft, while developing a unique artistic identity. Industry-focused modules cover music business, branding, marketing, and revenue streams, ensuring career sustainability. Learners gain hands-on experience through collaborative projects, live showcases, and portfolio development, demonstrating their skills in real-world settings.
